Wings is looking for a Python Developer to join our product engineering team, working on the systems that power our ERP platform for 50,000+ businesses across India. You’ll work on real, high-impact features — not maintenance work on legacy code nobody wants to touch.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs for the Wings ERP platform
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable Python code
• Work closely with the product and QA teams to ship features that hold up in production
• Debug and optimize performance across existing modules
• Contribute to technical decisions on architecture and tooling

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience with Python and common frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and SQL
• Understanding of REST API design and integration
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment
• Prior experience with ERP, business, or financial software is a plus, not a requirement
